Terms of Use
These terms govern your use of Poolometer. The service is informational, online, and used at your own risk.
Acceptance And Account Responsibility
By creating an account, signing in, or using Poolometer, you agree to these terms. You are responsible for your account, the accuracy of the information you enter, the security of your credentials, and all actions taken through your account.
Online Account Service
Poolometer is an account-based online service. Your records, settings, pool passes, history, and related account data stay tied to the signed-in account. Service availability, data access, and feature behavior may depend on account state, network availability, and service changes.
Informational Use Only
Poolometer provides calculations, prompts, recordkeeping, pass tools, exports, reminders, and other informational output. That output may be incomplete, inaccurate, stale, delayed, unavailable, unsuitable, or based on assumptions that do not match your actual pool, equipment, chemistry, environment, local law, or site conditions.
Verify Before Acting
You are solely responsible for independently verifying readings, formulas, calculations, dosages, equipment settings, scheduling, labels, manufacturer instructions, maintenance procedures, and safety requirements before acting on them. If there is any conflict between Poolometer and a product label, manufacturer instruction, qualified professional, code requirement, or site-specific condition, you must resolve that conflict yourself before acting.
No Professional, Safety, Or Legal Advice
Poolometer is not engineering, chemical, medical, electrical, structural, legal, public health, lifeguarding, supervision, or other professional advice. It does not replace qualified inspection, training, site supervision, product labeling, emergency judgment, or professional services.
Assumption Of Risk
Pool ownership and pool operation involve chemicals, electricity, machinery, slip hazards, drowning risk, contamination, property damage, injury, illness, death, guest disputes, and regulatory consequences. You assume all risk arising from your use of the service, your data, your pool, your equipment, your guests, and any decision you make based on or alongside the service.
Service Changes, Availability, And Data Loss
Features may change, be suspended, fail, return errors, or be removed at any time. Imports, exports, backups, restores, notifications, passes, QR workflows, integrations, and server operations may not work in all circumstances and are not fail-safe. You remain responsible for maintaining any records, backups, or independent procedures you consider necessary.
No Warranties
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Poolometer is provided as is and as available, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of accuracy, availability, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, non-infringement, or data recoverability.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Poolometer and its operators, developers, contractors, affiliates, licensors, and suppliers will not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, punitive, or other damages or losses arising from or relating to the service, including loss of data, property damage, equipment damage, contamination, water loss, guest disputes, access-control decisions, chemical incidents, personal injury, illness, death, business interruption, lost profits, lost savings, third-party claims, or failure to meet expectations.
Indemnity
You agree, to the maximum extent permitted by law, to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Poolometer and its operators, developers, contractors, affiliates, licensors, and suppliers from claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising from your account, your use of the service, your data, your pool, your guests, your exports or sharing, or your violation of law or these terms.
Termination And Contact
We may suspend, limit, or terminate access to the service at any time. You may stop using the service at any time and can request account deletion from within the app. Questions about these terms can be sent to support@poolometer.com.
